NOTHING WORKS ON DISCOVERY STORE'S SITE: this is the only way i can get a message thru, the "website feedback" email link does not even work.

issue has been going on for 3 weeks now. "Customer Care" has no clue, I've called 7 times, I always get "someone will call you back"-it never happens. Nobody at CC has any idea that a technical resource, such as you, even exists, or so they say. I bought and downloaded all 13 episodes of meerkat Manor, season 2 in Sept 07. Hard drive failed, I recovered them from another computer I put them on and now they wont play because they are looking for the DRM info. They wont play in WMP, (classic and 11) as they have in the past. Niether will they play in Entriq's Media Manager- C:\Documents and Settings\b\Local Settings\Application Data\My Videos\DiscoveryDS WMP tries to connect to drmlicense.discovery.com/services/wmlicense, I loggin with the same login I use for shopping.discovery.com but it fails every time.
I paid for another episode last night, a fresh install of DMM just shows an empty library. I have screen shots and more details if anyone is interested. Use my email and i will send. THANK YOU!!!!
