Could you please tell me how to find out where the Discovery Channel Stores are-- I cannot not find anything to go to on your ad's --I am looking for a store in West Nyack, the Palasades Center--- Please let me know if you have a store there --- thank You --- Gail Sterman

I was searching for the store locator earlier this month. When I couldn't find a store list or locator on the store I gave up. I wasn't going to drive 50 min. to find out if the store in my city had something in stock. Pathetic customer service. Lost my Christmas business.

So sorry to find out the stores have closed
but,I placed my order on 12/15/07 and received my order on 12/19/07. I quess the weather Gods were with me. Your Web Site is informative and along with the tracking system you can follow your purchase. I did however ask for "Gift Wrapping"- "Box" and did not realize the brown box with the blue earth picture was the "WRAP" until I spoke with customer service, which by the way was very helpful and polite. Great Job everyone!
A definite Merry Christmas @ the McElroy House this year.
PS-my Grandson's gift is due in today!

When are you going to play the last five programs of Flight 29 Down? They keep showing the first 14 over and over. Would like to see the ending and would like to know if this will be a regular show. Great for kids of all ages.
